It’s unfortunate that my room faced the parking lot and train tracks, affecting the overall tranquility.

The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during my visit. However, finding off-site food options can be a bit tricky as there are limited nearby restaurants.

The outdoor pool was a hit for my family. it’s spacious and not crowded. Our room was clean and well-decorated, with two queen beds and a sofa bed, which fit us comfortably. I appreciated having ample towels and toiletries without needing to ask. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a smart pancake machine and plenty of options like sausage, potatoes, and fresh fruits. However, on the second day, many breakfast items were empty, and it took a while for them to restock. I also noticed some noise from other guests, which disturbed our sleep at times. Overall, it’s a solid place for families, but they should improve breakfast restocking and sound insulation in the rooms.

The breakfast spread was lit, especially the pancake machine that served up fluffy goodness and the cinnamon buns hitting just right! Plus, Rich's Delicatessen nearby was a gem for local eats, with homemade pies that'll knock your socks off.

We had a drunk guest attempting to access our room, which got a bit hairy for the kiddos waiting by the elevator. Thankfully, the staff swooped in, but it was a bummer that they had to witness that.

The facility could use better maintenance, as one of the elevators was out of order, leading to delays during busy times—definitely an issue for those unable to use the stairs. I also encountered a disturbing incident with an intoxicated guest trying to access my room, which was alarming, especially for my family with kids. This was surprising, as it’s not typical for this hotel. Requests for help with adjoining rooms felt a bit overrated and under-accommodated, given the circumstances.
